Not one for quorn, but sweet potato fried in the wok with olive oil (as part of a stir fry) until it is just caramalising around the edges is a real treat. Only takes a few minutes.
Just trying to make me feel bad 'cos all little old me's got for tea is 8oz of 21 day matured steak, roast tomatoes & a nice green salad. You lot are just mean.
