So my heater/ac is not working no air is coming out from vents?

i was driving turned car off turned back on no air coming from vents. no ac or heater. there is a noise coming from behind the glovebox also and there was some slight smoke from underneath that area also. noise only happens once or twice then stops for a while and doesnt happen.
also it is a 1991 honda accord and it says the blower motor unit is located behind the glovebox so is that the noise im hearing?
 
you might have blown a fuse..or the blower motor burned out,could be bad wires too,, the heater core is usually behind the glovebox you should have it checked at a local shop.., if it smells like antifreeze you probably have a leak or your heater core is bad...
