So my Samsung Rogue has turned itself off and will not turn back on.?

I have tried charging it, as well as plugging it into my computer via USB. And nothing has worked. I took the battery out and let it sit over night... I have also never gotten my phone wet... True, I have had some freezing problems with it before, as well as some screen splitting, but nothing like this.
Anyone else have this problem?
