My boyfriend has recently taken in this puppy as his old owners could not take care of him, he is brilliant around the house and never causes any trouble. The only thing is the previous owners kept him in the kitchen and did not socialize him, what would be the best way for us to go about doing this as he has been aggressive towards strangers. I want to try and stub this behaviour out as soon as possible as I don't think we could get rid of him, but how can we socialize a puppy when I'm worried about taking him out? My boyfriend thinks we should get a choke chain but I don't really agree with this.
