Teacher: So what are you all going to say about this?

Sharon: Gilbert lied!
Gilbert: No! Raven lied!
Raven: bleh. You two lied!

so, who lied actually?
Sharon, Gilbert, or Raven? and how can?

Basically the diagram is like this

S->G->R
<- <- <-
Sharon accused that Gilbert lied, while Gilbert accused that Raven lied. Raven actually accused that both of them lied.
who lied actually?
Well, yes, I got only this information.

Working backwards:

If Raven tells the truth then both Sharon and Gilbert lied..but if Sharons statement is false then Gilbert told the truth creating a paradox. so Raven lied. this makes Gilberts statement true which makes Sharons statement false.

So Sharon and Raven lied and Gilbert told the truth.

Sharon Lied originally, I think... here's my workings on why - starting backwards...

Raven has stated they both lied (but maybe that is about the statements they just made) - so, Raven said Gilbert lied (because he wrongfully accused Raven). Raven said Sharon lied (because she wrongfully accused Gilbert).

Sharon lied because... I don't know. My head hurts

I've got no idea who lied, Marie - and I'm intrigued. I am starring this Q so I can come back when it's resolved and find out the answer.
