alright so along time ago, i purchased an PNY nVidia Geforce 8600 GTS. I had it hooked up along time ago but i wondering if i wired it correctly. Obviously, i placed it in the correct slot, but it has two cables coming out of the side of it. They are identical, and consist of a black, brown, and yellow subcable. I connected one of them to a reciever from my computer that reads P5. I wasn't sure where the other goes, if it needs to, and what all these P#'s mean. My computer is an HP Media Center PC m7640n. So if anyone knows:
a.) what all the P(#) cables mean,
b.) if and which ones should be connected to the gfx card
c.) any suggestions along those lines
