I don't remember much of the plot but these mini UFOs the size of baseballs(more or less) with little mechanical arms coming from the bottom of their ship(or the sides?) visit earth, they are friendly and the aliens inside never come out of their ships. they hang around the humans for a while(don't know why)and help them out at various stuff like there's this once scene where they help clean the dishes at a restaurant. There's another scene where a man breaks his watch and one of the aliens fix it in matter of seconds. And each spaceship is somewhat unique in size and color. that's pretty much all that I remember.
