Someone help please, need other options for car audio?

NO.... STEREOS.... I checked installation prices for my car and there is no way I could even afford to install it MYSELF!

Right now I have a FM Transmitter, and it works okay... I guess, but to even work I have to put my iPod in my visor... And it is still kinda crappy. It's a good transmitter. Could I buy a better antenna or something for my car along with a new transmitter?! Sometimes my radio is bad too.

Please just give my optinos that aren't $400 like stereo installation.
 
You know there are ipod adapters for stock radios right? Just google "ipod adapter" "your cars make, model, year" If your car is old, you may have to upgrade the stereo... It's not that expensive. Even the cheapest stereo is an upgrade from the usual crap car companies put in as stock radio. And it's simple.
