this illegal? I know a woman who pretended to be me over the phone. She called Rogers and cancelled my cell phone. All she needed to know was my date of birth and mailing address. It was confirmed from the recordings that it was her. A couple months ago she was emailing people pretending to be me. I was wondering if this is considered illegal? Could it be identity theft? Is there any action I can take against her? I want to stop this now before she does more.

Thanks for your help
