Hey guys.
So I work at a college, I'm a student, and someone dropped off a phone. Usually we can just call a random number (most likely "Mom"), and the mom will figure out how to contact their kid, and their reunited with their phone!
But this phone has a lock on it. It's a Virgin Mobile Android. I can make emergency calls, but *69, etc doesn't seem to count as an emergency call.
The worker who had the phone turned into them for some reason chose to ignore the three people who called the phone.
Any ideas on what I can do?
