Someone screamed directly at my right ear at a high-pitched level. It hurt. Can I

yes it damages ur ear because the vibration from the scream was way too close and loud to ur ear causing serious damage when you're old you can't hear anything on that 1 ear
 
get a little deaf from this? I tested my ears with my iPod. The left seemed louder than my right. Is it all in my mind?
 
It will go back to normal soon, that happened to me the other day when i was at a McFLY concert.... so it will be like that for a while but not temporary. It will probably only affect your hearing a liiiiiiiiiiiittle bit.

do not listen to your ipod too loud though, because that over time ruins your hearing. I saw a study on it, and mp3s, ipods etc are in the top 3 ways to most likely ruin your hearing.
