Someone's spreading rumors about me. Best way to go about it?

Someone in my school is spreading rumors about me, and I honestly am at a loss as to how I should deal with it. Also, I think I know who it is (my so called friend), but I don't know if I should confront her or let her be.

I was also thinking about getting in touch with her parents (I have my friend's home phone number) to tell them about everything that she's done, but I'm not sure if I should.

Help?
 
i agree with grove.
you could also tie her to a rope upside down and dip her in and out of a pool. idk what that is called.
you could also throw her into your stove and turn in on high
 
well try to talk to the person that u think that told everyone...
well confront them.. stand up for yourself... if its not true then tell them And show them its not true. because if don't do anything they are going to see that what ever they said about you might be true.
well only you know if its worth telling the parents....
