something to stop my pimple growing?

hey, the JS Prom would be on sunday but this stupid redish pimple is starting to grow on my nose! arghh i hate it so much!!

is there anything i could do to stop it growing or just to stop it "popping out" like rudolf the red nose!HELP PLEASE!!
