Something wrong with my Nokia 5233?

I just bought Nokia 5233(touch phone). The problem with this phone is that every time i get a call when the phone is locked i get two buttons at the bottom of the screen "answer" and "unlock all" But if i try to press either of them, it doesn't work. A similar thing happens when my phone alarm goes off, I get the two options "stop" and "snooze" but neither of them work. All the other features of the phone are working properly--So, I'm unsure whether there is something wrong with my mobile or if it has something do with the settings...Please reply. Any advice would be highly appreciated and thanks in advance. :)

This is somewhat related to security unlock. So you will need the master reset code which will be available on net. You can browse through google to reset your phone.. You will be able to get the unlock codes for free here Unlock-Free.com : Unlock your mobile phone for free if your nokia or samsung phones got network locked..

Hi dear,

Same problem was faced by me also so that I contacted nokia care and they answered me like this whenever u see the answer in your screen just slide it with your finger thru the arrow showing and it will get answer .The same for the alarm thing also, you have to slide thru the arrow instead of pressing it.
 
hey this is no problem with the phone...just slide on the answer button in the direction it is showing...like to answer the call slide from left to right or to unlock slide from right to left
 
hi.how can i open browse or open videos using youtube?do i need a large memory or i need to buy microSD card?thanks for helping..when i click videos in youtube, it just keeps on flashing "loading" but the video doesnt open
