My Internet seems to be working fine, but about every 5 mins or so it kinda lags. Like it'll be working fine then suddenly it stops working for like 30 secs and then starts working fine again. I'm using a router, I've tried cleaning my comp a little with the ccleaner. I've restarted the computer several times but it still seems to be doing this. Any idea what I can do to stop this from happening?
