Somthing is wrong with my iPhone?

so i was just texting when the home button didnt work so i turned off my iphone and then the itunes sybol and a usb port appeared so i plugged in my iphone i clicked the restore button because thats what a window that poped up in itunes said to do. then it didnt work it just said error and now my iphone just keeps turning on and off with the iphone symbol and usb port what do i do?
ive tried restoring it like a billion times
 
Restore again and make sure it satys plugged in untill it's done and if you jailbroke it your phone is done man
