Ok so first of all I turned it off and when I turned it back on it said insert correct sim. but then it recognized the sim but when i tried to charge it it said it was the wrong battery. but it definitely is the right battery. if i do a master reset then i have to back up my stuff first but it isn't recognizing the phone being plugged in. I really need my phone right now to work. Please help!
