sony ericsson c902 is it worth debranding/unlocking?

i got one of these on vodafone and they have ruined the phone imo, options are missing, hotkeys are non changeable etc. i will continue to use my vodafone sim card as i still have to pay monthly but is it worth me debranding it or unlocking it? thanks
