i have only had this phone 3 weeks but recently,not all the time,it switches off sometime during charging and wont turn on again.i press the button and nothing.i have to take the back off(not easy as it doesnt come off very easy) and take the battery ou,replace it and it turns on straightaway. anyone have any ideas why it does it,and anything i can do? thanks
