sony ericsson vivaz.......how do i shut web pages down?

when i open up internet on my phone, it goes straight to the pages i opened the day before and says...maximum number of pop up windows already open.....how do i shut them down??? help!!
 
i have a vivaz, when your online press 'options' on the bottom right of the screen, the scroll down and press 'exit'.
