sony ericsson w350 problems?

I've had this sony ericsson since jan. but now it won't work the problem is that it turns on but it just lights up waits about 10 sec. then shuts off tried charging it and a bunch of other things didn't work please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
