i need help, getting the pictures off my phone onto my computer. i dont have any software that allows me to do this yet! i think you can download it but i need a really thorough walk-through. i have a dell. please help!

Haha, only kidding. There should of been a USB cable that connects to your phone, and on the other side of the cable is where you plug into your PC. I don't think you need any software.
Do you have bluetooth?
