Sony Ericsson W580i signal problem?

My W580i has started giving signal problem. At times, it works without any issues but most of the time it loses signal completely. It can't even find the provider when I search the network manually. The company people are not able to diagnose the problem and they say it might be related to the motherboard and needs to be changed.
Anyone else faced similar problem? Any suggestions?

I have this problem and is this sorted out ?
Any way to overcome this ?
It is really bad,that i even don't know was it up and down.
