SONY ERICSSON W610i PROBLEM:(?

hey, i have a sony ericsson w610i, and when i turn it on i only get a white blank screen, and other times it just doesnt turn on and a red light flashes on the top.....any help appreciated!!

well it was probably water damaged or the softwares down personally think its 1st reason
