Ok i had this phone since it came out which i love! since i bought it my self and for a family member

3. Wait until your phone memory and memory card, if inserted, appear as external disks in Windows Explorer
I waited an hour it has not show up on Windows Explorer at all and on my phone screen it shows a phone and a pc and the ubs cord beside them and under the phone with a "Circle an a slash threw it"
How do i get it to show on my Windows Explorer??
Also I was never given the disk for any of the phones Do i need the stupid disk or No?
