I am on a tariff for £15 a month (O2) and I get unlimited texts and unlimited use of the internet on my phone (Sony Ericsson W995), however every time I try to get on to the internet using the Mobile Network it comes up "Connection failure. Check settings. If problem persists please contact your operator for support."
I have tried absolutely everything and it just won't connect to the internet and I don't know get through to my operator. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
Also I have tried changing my Internet Settings and it still doesn't work.
