Sometimes my w995 would just decide not to let the video camera work. I switch on the camera and right as I press the record button, the application crashes and I'm back to standby. Sometimes it would record about ten seconds then crash to standby, and the video produced is inaccessible. Happens over and over again, won't fix after restart. What's wrong? Thanks.
