sony ericsson walkman phone gripe...?

got my phone is asda about eight months ago. was about forty or fifty quid. anyway ever since had it ive had probs and im junking it tmrw. first it wouldnt let me send msgs after having it three mths and then lost loads my msgs and now after intermittently doing so it turns on and off. now alli get is beginning of start up screen and turns off. have bought new phone. never getting this kinda phone again. any way question is has anyone else had simular prob
 
Hi if you was having problems when you 1st got the phone then why didnt you return it then ??? not being funny but theres NO real point in this question as you obviously knew there was a problem with the phone from new thats why phones have warranty so if there is a problem then you could have it replaced or repaired ! but the problem with the phone itself is if it keeps switching on then on again its a software/firmware issue which is easily sorted & its not just sony ericssons that have this problem ... sly
