My x10 has locked me out even after typing in my email address and password. Ive tried the password 'null' as recommended by someone but it doesnt work, have switched it off for 10min with the battery and sim card out to no avail. Its been 2 days now and running out off patience, contacted sony and they gave me a set of instructions to do on the net and download to a computer before plugging the phone in, but the problem is i dont have a computer and i dont want to lose my data on the phone as i have not backed it up. Any suggestions please from sony ericsson x10 users who have encountered the same problem.
