my phone instead of charging, the battery drains itself... not sure if it's a battery problem. or charging problem.
 
If it's not water damaged could be the battery itself, if you have friend who's phone is the same, try to borrow battery and try it on your phone, or visit your local cell phone service and ask them to try different battery. Also, could be the charging port...
