OK.
I downloaded and installed Sony Vegas 7.0e to my computer. [PC]
I put in the serial number that I got from a friend of mine, since I did not purchase this product.
Now, I need an 'Activation Code' to get it to work.
First, it says that it needs to 'register online' and I said; OK sure. I entered the desired information and it explained that it could not register me for reasons unknown. It gave me an option of calling the company and registering my product via 'phone.
I sincerely do not want to do that, since they may ask me information about how I purchased Sony Vegas. Considering I did /not/, that may cause problems.
My question is:
Can anyone give me an activation code so I don't have to call the company?

[P.S. I do NOT want the serial number. If you provide me with a website, that'll be fine. Giving me just the activation code will be desired.]
