I have been having this problem on my new PC both with Sony Vegas Pro 10 & 9 64-Bit!
With ALL my other computers that have 4GB of Ram but are 32-Bit systems, I have never had this problem! This message appears when I try to open it when it's fully installed...
I have heard that when your PC is 64-Bit Sony Vegas doesn't detect your Ram if it's over 2GB. Thus, saying that you don't have enough memory/Ram...
Please HELP! Oh and thanks Sony for making me waste my money two times...
