Soundcheck/Meet and Greet passes to a JUSTIN BIEBER concert?

Hey! WELL, I'm a HUGE Justin Bieber fan and I've been to one of his concerts in Toronto, in August. He won't be back for a while, not until his new album comes out later on this year, but I was wondering how you can get soundcheck tickets and meet and greet passes without winning an actual contests. I have VERY bad luck, and I never win anything. So, I was wondering if you can buy them somewhere online? I bought my concert tickets from ticketmaster.ca but the only problem with that, is they only give you the best they have at that moment, so they don't give you a list, they just find random tickets for you, and you take it or leave it. So, can you BUY soundcheck/meet and greet passes from somewhere? They'd be pretty pricey, but I want to start saving up now! Thank you so so so much! I appreciate it so much! Technically, asking for specific answers is abuse of Q&A system.

As for acquiring tickets, I would check with his site, the box office where he'd be playing, or online ticket vendors.
