Soundtrack Channel Cute accent Presenter?

First of all, I am not sure if it was on STC (Soundtrack Channel), or a channel alike, where I used to see a blonde woman, very gorgeous and with a cute accent (British, I think).

I want to know the name of that woman, and the time she used to be the presenter of the "News" or "Hollywood Buzz" sections.
