Spain's Congress of Deputies on Thursday approved a bill that would legalize abortion up to 14 weeks' gestation, assert a woman's right to undergo the procedure and remove an existing threat of imprisonment for women who have an abortion outside of specific circumstances, the AP/Google News reports.
