Spark Plug Tubing Broke Off Inside Spark Plug Tube. 1995 Honda Passport Problem?

When trying to pull the spark plug out of 1995 honda passport, the rubber broke apart along with the wires. now the rest of the spark plug tubing and the spark plug are unreachable. what do we do?
Edit: the spark plug is jammed inside and will not come out. needle nose pliers and a fulcrum couldnt even get it to pop off. the tubing broke apart now we cant get to it
 
So just the wire boot came apart ?? Should be able to get something down in there to pull it off or apart, doesn't have to be neat, just get it all. Then you'll need to replace all of the wires, not just the bad one.
