speaker size of 2001 dodge dakota club cab?

Does anyone know I can't find it anywhere. And also i just put a new headunit in my truck. When i turn the volume all the way up the factory speakers are like statiky and it sounds horrible. Will new speakers make it sound a lot clearer w/o an amp??
u think crutchfield's sizes are correct?
 
i would go to http://www.crutchfield.com/S-rquwuMQkD4V/app/car/mycar.aspx it says both your speakers are 6- 3/4" front and back. i would suggest using a amp of your going to listen to music loud helps alot.
