The Chinese most hated reality star "Sister Feng" posted a micro blog in Chinese saying that she wanted to burn down the USCIS on the China twitter like social network application - Weibo. She is applying refugee green card in NY now. It is said that someone sued her for that. I'd like to know such behavior will result in jail or not? Will she finally be expelled from the U.S?
I'm curious how would the FBI or CIA or USCIS can charge her on this, how can they prove she is the one who posted the micro blog? Especially it's in foreign country(China) and it's in Chinese.
