Have you eve noticed a man or two standing beside the road wearing an orange construction vest and is gazing through some sort of gadget or camera? Do you know what he or she may be doing? I have always wondered and they are always looking down the road somewhere. This device was set on a tripod and was approximately four feet tall. Does anyone know what these are?
