spending a few months in Canada during winter (outdoors most of the time)?

I'm from england, and as much as I might complain about the weather, it's not really that cold.

I'm going during winter helping out /volunteering outdoors.

winter clothes are in store now so I'm going to start my shopping.

What I have bought already;
Ski jacket (not skiing but working in the snow)
Ski pants
thermals for underneath

Ski gloves

Parka jacket
scarves
sweaters
socks and more socks
snow boots and ski boots.

I will be spending the day in SNOW when it snows and cold weather when it doesn't.
Suggested cat: United States! Erm, NO, C-a-n-a-d-a.
What else should I pack?
