Sport bike for short rider?

I am about 5'9" and i am wanting to get a sport bike. The only problem is sport bike have a high seat height. What is a bike that would fit me nice? I am looking for 750cc or more. But 600cc would be ok. Thanks for lokking.
 
Look at Ducati. A lot have them have seat heights of 27" as opposed to 29" that Jap bikes tend to have.
