Sports give the body much energy and by it the body always remains healthy even fit in all respect.sports like hockey,cricket,football or any type can be utilized just to keep the health strong and better for taking work in routine wise.
 
sports any type always beneficiary to the health just to maintain the body fitness so need to take the game in the very earlier stage in which the body structure becomes very hard and active to take more work.
 
I like to play basketball and i am national champion in this, i start to play from 8th standard .
