Sprint LG Optimus G or Galaxy S3?

I really like both phones.the only thing keeping me
from officially deciding is this whole "removable back"
thing. i cant swap out the battery or add the micro sd
card from my current phone that holds all of my music
pictures and video like i would be able to on the
galaxys3. but i do love the build of the phone and the
camera. i really cant decide!
Any ideas? battery life comparison? other opinions?

Ps. keep in mind that my phone will be under HEAVY usage all the time. texting phone calls music and moderate data usage

Galexy s3. more advanced and better built. LG has crappy phone quality, and i used to work for them so i would know. haha get the samsung I dont want you to pay money for a crappy phone.

also, galexy has a higher quality camera, better interface, and more memory.

I have the samsung galaxy s3, this is my first smart phone and I love it, The ATT guy put my 16 G micro sd card in the new phone and transferred every thing else. He also synced it to my car for me. The battery lasts a day or 2 but I am not a heavy user. I have the 300mb data plan, if need be I can kick it up to the 3G plan for vacation time. My previous phone was a pantech ease.
