I know some people say to cut cardio out completely while bulking, but im doing a super clean bulk working out 5 days a week of weights. The other 2 days I wanted to do sprinting. I've heard sprinting burns fat while adding some muscle. I figure sprinting 2 days a week will keep my fat gain while bulking super low and aid in gaining muscle. I think Ill be okay as long as I eat the same on workout days and sprinting days. Should I sprint while bulking? I'd like to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time so i figure this is the best way. Any help would be appreciative. Thanks
