hey, i just started running track this year as well
same age and everything
practicing always works, but running 100 meters over and over again isn't the right way i mean yeah do it a couple of times but not the whole time
try relaying and working on you're breathing when you run and feet...
I run the 100m 200m and 400m. I consider myself to be a power runner. i currently have celar 3's and superfly 2's in my possession but neither of them fit how i want. should i try for the maxcat II's?

What's the difference between pole vaulting spikes and sprinting spikes? I am a pole vaulter and I am wanting to know if it would be worth it to by a pair a pole vaulting spikes, when I already have sprinting ones. Are pole vaulting spikes really that much different?
I have my analysis of performance for my GCSE PE and my sport is sprinting and i cant find anywhere on the internet what the exact rules are.
