I definitely like the Italian theme of it. Points for the ingredients, although I would have preferred slices of fresh mozzarella and more of a baguette type of bread. The bread you're using should be facing the same direction and the dressing should have been applied directly to the bread or at least so it isn't spilling out of the sandwich, and I also believe you meant to say romaine lettuce, not caesar lettuce. Overall, I'd give it a 6.5.
