I am bartending a superbowl party and the host asked me to feel comfortable with vodka, tequila, rum and gin. What kind of drinks are expected of me? Could you include the names + recipes, if possible?

Thank you so much, you're a life saver!

Gin/Vodka tonic-shot of either, 3 oz. of tonic, garnished with lime

Gimlets (vodka or gin)- simple. shot of either, and half shot lime juice garnished with lime (sometimes made with powdered sugar, but the lime juice is sweet enough I think!)

Rum is most commonly prepared with coke. Or diet.

Tequila is best with clear liquids, such a sprite, or with juice, like orange juice. Tequila sunrise is one shot tequila, 3 oz. oj, splash of grenadine or cherry juice

Martini's are made with Vodka or Gin, and that's 6 oz. either, juuuuust a splash of dry vermouth. I always shake and strain them. With of course, olive garnish. However, a common misnomer, if someone asks for a DRY martini, that actually means NO vermouth at all. It does NOT mean more!!

And lastly, the Cosmopolitan. Made with Vodka (Absolut Citron if you have it!), 3 oz. shot, big squeeze lime juice, and about half a shots worth of cranberry juice. Shaken and strained. Some people prefer sweeter cosmos, if so, add a splash of cherry juice too!

Hope that helps :) Those are the most basic and common drinks I make on a daily basis.
