A few years back my family put a password for the starchoice box we have and then we forgot it. So every time we try to put a timer on for a show it asks for the password. Is there any way to reset the password or something?
You can do a master reset, if you don't need to a password for that. I think if you phone them you can have them clear the password, which will be not problem if it is your own accouns as you should rightfully have.
