I am sort of confused. I am told do cycle ( stationary) to lose lbs. So I have been doing it but i never really feel my heart pounding but i come off sweaty.
Yesterday I began really pumping myself and I can feel my heart pounding. Before I stayed there to burn 350 calories, yesterday I can only get out 250 calories at this high rate.
So at the end of the day which method will actually burn more fat or do they actually burn about the same.
I mean if there is little difference then why would i want to go so intense and just stick to steady and longer..right?
