Stereo mix not coming in realtek drivers ?

With some recording app i am able to record either mic voice or pc sound but when i try to record both it says to enable stereo mix. In sound properties i clicked on "show disabled devices" after that also no stereo mix comes


Plz tell what to do ?(i already have the latest drivers from my pc's manufacturers)

i am using windows 7 ultimate
